While my primary focus is coaching women of faith and women new to faith, I also work with men and families who are ready to grow, heal, and make meaningful changes in their lives. In addition, I’m a certified play-based coach for children and teens, offering age-appropriate coaching when family needs arise.

Therapy often focuses on healing and processing the past, while coaching is about growth, clarity, and action. In coaching, we may discuss your past to understand patterns or experiences that shaped you, but the focus is on where you are now and the steps to move forward. Coaching isn’t about diagnosing or treating — it’s about walking with you in the present and helping you grow intentionally toward your goals.

• Virtual Sessions – Available anywhere via video call.

• In-Person Sessions – Since I don’t have a formal office, I meet clients in spaces that feel comfortable and supportive. That might mean your home, a local park, or another quiet setting where we can talk without distractions.

This way, sessions feel natural and personal — meeting you right where you are, both in location and in life.

My coaching is faith-based, so a belief in God—or at least a willingness to explore faith—is an important part of the process. You don’t need to belong to a specific denomination or have everything figured out spiritually, but having some openness to faith allows the work we do together to be most effective and meaningful.

Having someone walk beside you with fresh perspective and faith-based discernment can make all the difference. A coach or mentor helps you see possibilities you may have missed, encourages you through challenges, and offers guidance rooted in truth and practical wisdom—so you can grow with confidence and live more intentionally.

Absolutely. Many clients benefit from both. Therapy can help you process and heal the past, while coaching helps you move forward in faith and action. I believe we’re not meant to sit and stew in old pain or cling to former identities—God calls us to grow, and sometimes we just need someone to help guide us out of what’s been holding us back.

Every journey looks different. Some clients work with me for a few sessions to get unstuck or find direction, while others stay connected for several months as they grow in faith, confidence, and purpose. Coaching moves at your pace, and together we’ll discern what kind of rhythm best supports your growth in this season.
