Do you offer virtual coaching for kids?Yes, virtual coaching is available—especially for teens or older children. For younger kids, in-person sessions are typically more effective due to the hands-on nature of play-based work.

What ages do you work with?I coach kids ages 5+ and teens.

What’s the focus for kids or teens?Building emotional resilience, confidence, coping skills, communication, and problem-solving — always tailored to their unique needs.

Do parents join the sessions?Kids and teens have 45-minute sessions, followed by a 15-minute parent check-in and recap. I also sprinkle in occasional family sessions when it’s helpful for building connection and progress.

What is play-based coaching?Play-based coaching uses creative, hands-on methods like games, storytelling, art, and movement to help kids express themselves, process emotions, and build important life skills. It creates a fun, safe environment where learning and healing can happen naturally.
